Group Coaching = 1 or more group coaching sessions/Q&A calls per month via videoconference. These sessions are recorded. (If I don’t have enough people for to record a group coaching session, I will record a wellness video based on your questions or suggestions.)

Ala Carte Coaching does not include group coaching or digital coaching.
